Why my work stands out from other wedding photographers

It's simple really. I take the time to talk with the bride and groom to get a better idea of what their vision is for their wedding day photography. Together we create that vision. I strive to achieve their artistic vision making their wedding day photography unique, artistic and exactly as they envisioned it.

What I like most about wedding photography

I am invited to share one of the happiest and most important moments of a couples new life together. And then provide photos of that moment they will cherish the rest of their lives. What could be better?

What should the newly engaged couple ask a potential wedding photographer?

Ask questions. There is that old saying that the only stupid question is the one not asked. I know a great deal about making wedding photography special but I know nothing about what you may be looking for. So...ask away. And along the way I'll ask a few questions as well so I have a better idea of how I can make your vision a reality.

Finally about cost

You should not have to pay more for a great photography experience or, for that matter, exceptional photography. The photos that I take ultimately become your memories. I want you to have your photography as you have envisioned it—at a price that is affordable. So to cost...there is no magic number. A photographer in NYC will cost more than one in Nebraska. Frequently couples are looking for a way to save some money on their wedding. But when the music stops and the guests have all gone home, you really have only two things to remind you of your wedding day and what was the start of your new life together—your wedding dress and your wedding photography. Ten, twenty years from now it will be your wedding photography that will bring those special memories rushing back as if it were yesterday. So…how much to budget for your wedding photography? Once you find a photographer you really like and you’ve discussed your vision and the logistics of your wedding day turn the conversation to cost. Be honest and up front with your photographer about what you can truly afford. Your professional photographer has this discussion with every client he or she works with. Together you’ll come up with the right answer
